Meet me

Hi, I'm Esme! I was born in Hertfordshire, I've lived in north London, Los Angeles and am now living in the beautiful town of Hertford. 

​

I have worked in the beauty and wellbeing industry for many years, first starting as a makeup artist after graduating from university with a degree in Philosophy. 

​

My love of yoga started over 20 years ago, when I used to go to a church hall class with my mum. My degree subject has also been the foundation for my pursuit of yoga. 

​

I am a qualified Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, yoga therapist and TCTSY-F. My specialism is working with complex trauma; privately with clients, in the classroom and in clinical mental health settings. 

 

I'm also involved in outreach work with The Secret Space, working with council and government funded organizations. 

​

Yoga has changed my life and continues to bring me joy, grounding and revelation.
