Starting with a skin cleanse and face massage, I use organic products from ISun. We then apply state of the art, FDA approved device, Celluma LED Light Therapy to the face. Research has shown that light emitting diode (LED) or phototherapy can increase circulation, accelerate tissue repair, decrease inflammation,  as well as ease muscle and joint pain/ stiffness. This can be particularly beneficial for those who have tension around the jaw or get migraines. The gentle warmth can feel very therapeutic, while having a myriad of benefits for the skin. The skin, after all, is our biggest organ and we should take care of it. ​ During this time, I apply full body Reiki. Reiki is the source of Universal Life Energy. When Reiki attuned, the practitioner is a channel for this energy and can use it to help balance others energy systems. In yogic terms, we're working here with the pranic layer. Prana connects us to everything and if our life breath. The effects of Reiki can be extremely restorative and healing. ​As we close the session you'll be asked to take a few deep breaths as you're 'spritzed' with crystal infused rose water.
